Shevon Renee Buford was born on March 8, 1971 to Jimmie L. Buford and Martha Jean Torain Buford in Decatur, Alabama. She was called into eternal rest on Monday, September 3, 2012 at Parkway Medical Center.
She accepted Christ as her Personal Savior and joined Westside Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of the Reverend George Smith. She attended Austin High School and
graduated in 1989. She enjoyed laughing and talking with her family and friends. She also loved watching Sundays Best.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents; John Nelson Jr. and Leroy and Izerdell Clark.
She leaves to cherish her memory and legacy; two children, Rodtavious Marquise Buford and Jamal Taron Buford; parents, Jimmie Buford (Amie) and Martha Torain Buford; one sister, Sabrina Buford; grandmother, Movella Nelson; two nephews, Jarquise Buford and Covelle Buford and a host of aunts, uncles, cousin, other relatives and friends.
