Sherry S. Eddy, age 65, of Rome, passed away peacefully on January 18, 2012, with her loving family at her side.
She was born June 19, 1946, in Rome, a daughter of Louis G. and Virginia McCue Simon, and graduated from Rome Free Academy in 1965.
Sherry is survived by four daughters and two sons in law, Tania Ernenwein of Rome, Traci and Roger Bondarenko of Rome, Tara Eddy of Oriskany and Tami and Eric Battin of Rome; a sister, Roxy Simon of Holland Patent; three brothers and a sister in law, Cliff Simon of New Jersey, Russell and Jenifer Simon of Albany, and Ronald Simon of Saratoga Springs; five grandchildren, Kyle Ernenwein, Ariel Williamson, Alyssa Battin, Abigail Battin and Hannah Bondarenko; and a niece and nephews. She was predeceased by a sister in law, Rosemary Simon.
