Sherry Boswell Smith, age 74, passed away peacefully in the early morning hours on Saturday, September 25, 2021 at her home in Newnan, GA surrounded by her family. She was born on June 14, 1947 in Troup County, GA to the late George Stevenson Boswell and Mildred Evelyn Rooks. Along with her parents, Sherry is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Wayne Smith and brothers, Jerry L. Boswell and Bobby Boswell. She is survived by her children, Shawn Morgan and her husband Jim, Casey Smith and his wife Marlo, Kimberly Jones and her husband Frank; Jody Smith and his wife Rachel; 9 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother, Randy Boswell and his wife Bea. Sherry retired from Rooks Garage Doors. She had a great love for her family and friends. Everyone who knew her will dearly miss her.
