Sherrie Fisher McQueary, 43, Middletown, passed away October 10, 2008 at the home of her in-laws after an extended illness. She was born May 22, 1965 in Anderson, and was a lifelong resident of this area.
A 1983 graduate of Highland High School she was the manager at Arby’s Restaurant, formerly Rax on 53rd St. in Anderson for 24 years. Sherrie was an all county volleyball player in high school and an avid gardner.
She is survived by her husband of 21 years, Jeff McQueary; two sons, Josh McQueary and Justin McQueary of Middletown; parents, Ron & Linda Griffin Roudebush of Nashville, IN; father, Clyde Fisher; brothers, Joe Fisher, Ronnie & wife, Rosa Fisher, Scott & wife, Laura Roudebush, all of Anderson and Jeremy & wife, Jeni Roudebush of Holland, MI; in-laws, Orvin & Marie McQueary of Anderson; and a grandmother, Alice White of Anderson.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Tom & Neva Griffin and grandfather, George Lundsford.
