Sherri Mitchum Gray, age 64, passed away peacefully in the early morning hours on Friday, May 21, 2021 at her daughters home surrounded by family. She was born July 20, 1956 in Newnan, GA to the late William N. Mitchum and Martha Bledsoe Mitchum. Along with her parents, Sherri is preceded in death by her son, Bobby Gray and her sister, Dianne Mitchum. She is survived by her loving husband, William L. Gray; daughters, Amber Ashmore (Lee), Jessica McElroy (Kurtis); grandchildren, Chloe Gray, Ella Ashmore, Logan Ashmore, and Harper McElroy. She is also survived by her siblings, Elaine Carver, Rodney Mitchum and numerous nieces and nephews.
