Sheril Kay “Sherry” Rorick departed this earth and went to be with her Lord on Wednesday, November 14th, 2012 after a courageous second battle with cancer. She was born to Opal M. Latoski and Kenneth Carver on July 20th, 1943, in Yuma Colorado. She was joined five years later by her sister Peggy and shared a lifelong bond that was evident. Known as Aunt “Sheddy” to Peg’s two boys, she was the most loving aunt and always game for whatever they had in store. After graduating from Liberty High School in Joes, Colorado in 1961, she married Gary Allen and soon gave birth to Gerald Allen.
