Sheri Rae (Sims) Griggs passed into the arms of the Lord on Friday, Dec. 30, 2011. Sheri was born on Nov. 14, 1960, in Idaho Falls, Idaho.
Sheri found the love of her life when she married Jack. They built a life of fun when they were able to go places and as the years went on they enjoyed being together at home with their darling little dogs, Pete and Lucy.
Sheri worked with the elderly and special needs people in our community for many years. She had a special gift of taking care of them and bringing sunshine into their lives often right up to their time of passing. When asked how she was able to do it she said, “It is the last nice thing that I get to do for them before they go.” She was a special person with a big, big heart for others.
As a wife, Mother, sister and aunt, Sheri provided lots of laughter, fun, love, time, a big shoulder to cry on and arms that loved to give you warm hug.
