She is survived by her children, Karen D. Murphy, Joni M. Murphy and husband, Mark Gross, and Joel K. Murphy; her step-children, Edward W. (Eddie) Crook, William E. (Billy) Crook and Clarissa Crook Gallo; her seven (7) grandchildren, Courtney D. Crook, Shelvia Maureen Gross, Victoria Glynn Gross, Cade L. Murphy, Brooke S. Murphy, Joshua K. Gallo and Nicholas B. Gallo; her brother, George A. Chain and wife, Ruth, and her sisters, Shirley Ann Richards and husband, Lloyd W. (Buddy) Richards, and Dottie Sue Musgrove and husband, Stephen L. (Butch) Musgrove, as well as by numerous nieces and nephews.
