Shelly Rosswurm, 59, of Albion, passed away on Tuesday, October 23, 2018, at her home. Born in Fort Wayne, on April 29, 1959, to Robert and Alyce (Wagner) Sumney. She spent her formative years in Fort Wayne, graduating from Northrop High School. Shelly married Brad “Nub” Rosswurm on June 22, 2018.
She loved spending time at her lake house and spending time with her family and friends. She was a member of the American Legion Post #157 in Churubusco and The VFW Turtle Post #3846. Shelly is survived by her husband, Brad Rosswurm; her mother, Alyce Reed; a daughter, Lindsay (Todd) Shively; a son, Brandon (Brelle) Bridge; three step-sons, Daniel (Kayel) Rosswurn, Jacob Rosswurm and Nathan Rosswurm; two brothers, Alan (Virginia) Reed and Jeff (Nancy) Reed; her sister, Robyn (Stan) Clark; six grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her father, Robert Sumney; a brother, Robert Sumney Jr.; her step-father, Alan Reed.
