Shelby J. Hagans, age 81, beloved wife and mother, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, June 19, 2023 at Harmony Trace Assisted Living. She was born on July 4, 1941 in Scioto County, Ohio. Shelby was a member of Westgate United Methodist Church, Preceded in death by, husband of 62 years, Walter. Survived by, children, Thomas (Krista) Hagans, Pamela (Warren) Diehl and Diana (Wendell) Smith, many grandchildren and great grandchildren, sister, Pat Bradley, a special thank you to NCR Hospice and the staff at Harmony Trace Assisted Living, especially Nakiya Bush, who was amazing.
