Sheilah Holbrook Pannell went home to the Lord and her Daddy surrounded by her loved ones on Tuesday, May 26, 2009, after a sixteen-month battle with lung cancer. She was born in Holly Springs, Ms. On April 13, 1947 to Frank and Vedie Holbrook. She has been a resident of Shalimar, FL. since 1987 and was the owner of Kids’ Attic Pageant & Formal wear. She is proceeded in death by her father, Frank Holbrook JR. and survived in death by her mother Vedie Holbrook, her wonderful husband of 28 years Billy Ray Pannell, her brother Ronnie (Debbie), 6 loving children-Roger (Nina), Terry (Cindy), Cindy (David), Scott (Lisa), Leliah and Kerian. 8 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and a grand puppy-Bo Bo.
We will miss our mom very much but her memories will live on forever!
