She was born on December 2, 1948. She was preceded in death by her parents, Claude William Cartledge and Johnnie Louise Cartledge; a sister, Teresa Lynn Cartledge; and a brother in law, Phillip Peppers. She is survived by her aunt, Billie Akins who she was raised together like sisters and was a lifelong best friend; brothers and sisters in law, Claude and Diane Cartledge of Chatsworth, Bobby and Cindy Cartledge of Dalton; sister, Vickie Peppers of Panama City, FL; several nieces and nephews; and special friends, Stanley Bond and Angie VanMeter.
