Sheila was born on August 2, 1938, in Havana, IL to Addison and Lucybelle (Coppel) Vaughn. She married Robert L. Buckley on August 23, 1973 in Ottawa. Sheila was a member of the Holy Family Church in Oglesby.
She is survived by her husband, Robert, 4 children, Allen (Angela) Tarvin, of Buford, GA, Cynthia (Henry) Klieber, of Oglesby, Bernard (Cynthia) Frank, of Wyanet, IL and Derek Buckley, of Oglesby, 9 grandchildren, and 2 brothers, Ezra (Ericka) Vaughn, of Clarksville, TN and Lloyd (Geri) Vaughn, of Belleville, IL. She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, Robert, one brother and one sister.
