Sheila A. (Stevenson) Brown, 65, of Manchester, beloved wife of 37 years to Randall B. Brown
died peacefully on Wednesday, December 28, 2016 after a three year battle with ovarian cancer. Sheila was born on July 17, 1951 in Willimantic, daughter of Helen (Harrington) Stevenson of Manchester and the late Herbert J. Stevenson. She was raised in Manchester, attended local schools and was a graduate of ECHS, Class of 1969. She was a volunteer at Camp Kennedy serving special needs campers. Sheila earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education from SCSU. She was employed for over ten years as a Special Education Teacher for the Manchester Board of Education until leaving to raise her family. Sheila was a longtime active member of St.
