Shatonna Denise Danzy 35, of Danbury ct passed away on Wednesday August 21, 2019 unexpectedly. Shatonna was born on April 10, 1984 in Danbury, Connecticut. She was the daughter of Duane Spencer and Tonia Danzy, whom are saddened by her sudden death. She left behind those she spent time with the most her children Ja’Niyah Albarran and Joel Albarran Jr. Along with her lifelong partner of 22 years, Joel Albarran Sr. Shatonna was educated in the Danbury Public School System and worked in the healthcare field for over 15+ years. She was a loyal employee to Comfort Care along with Heavens Angels Home Health Care Agency. She enjoyed spontaneous mini trips like going to the beach, bonfire nights surrounded by laughter, love, family, and friends. Movie nights along with girl nights that will never be the same.
She will be terribly missed by her siblings Miquanna, TyQuan, Ziona, Damar, Ciera, and Duane jr. Accompanied by her grandparents, Aunts Solveigh and Chevz, uncles Kenneth, Cedric, and Skipper. Her cousins, nieces and nephews, sister and brother-in-law‘s. And lastly, godparents Carla and Marty. In life Shatonna was predeceased by Enmanuel Ángel Albarran, her grandmother Helen Danzy, aunt Medria “Nucy” Danzy, her uncles Jay “Pokey” Wallis Danzy Jr. and Warren Spencer. And lastly her grandfather William Bush and her godmother Michelle Harris.
Shatonna will be tragically missed. She was an all-around lover and mother who gave her family the most. She was a parent when needed to her younger brothers and sisters. She was independent and loyal on giving anyone advice and an ear to listen. We will all miss her laughter, presence, and aura. Although her life on earth was shortened, her spirit will forever live on!
