Sharon Elizabeth Webb, 75, of Anderson, passed away June 23, 2020 surrounded by her loving family. She was born August 9, 1944 in Anderson, Indiana to Lawrence and Deloris Swinford.
Sharon worked at Jerry’s Drive Inn, Art’s on 29th St. and retired from ACS as everyone’s favorite lunch lady after 20 years.
She was a member of Church of Linwood.
Sharon is survived by her loving spouse whom she married and was with for 58 years, husband, Paul R. Webb, Sr. of Anderson, IN, sister, Sheila (Sonny) Geisinger of Anderson, IN, sister, Lacinda Swinford of Anderson, IN, sister, Fayrene (Joe) Scott of Chesterfield, IN, brother, Steve Swinford of Pendleton, IN, and brother Richard Swinford of Pendleton, IN. Mother of 5 children, Paul Jr (Lisa) Webb, son, Michael (Alan) Webb, daughter, Tonya (Jeff) Portwood, daughter, Rebecca (Terry) Riddle, son, Jason (Carrie) Webb. Grandmother of 17 grandchildren and 21 great grand children with one on the way.
She was preceded in death by mother, Deloris Mae Swinford, father, Lawrence E. Swinford, granddaughter, Candace Portwood.
Sharon and Paul Webb began their journey at Skatemore on Moss Island and with a pair of white shorts. She was full of life, wasn’t backwards about a thing, and most of all a best friend to anyone that knew her. She’s a beautiful soul and an angel that walked this Earth sent here to make you smile. Her strength and sense of humor will be passed down for generations through her family.
