Mrs. Sharon Ruth Pritchard, age 58, beloved wife of 40 years to Lorrand Pritchard of Milford, CT, died suddenly on Tuesday, January 19, 2010 in Milford.
Daughter of Judith Haskell McGuire of Deer Isle, ME and the late Robert C. Hutchinson, and step-father Thomas McGuire, she was born on May 1, 1951 in Blue Hill, ME. A longtime resident of Milford, Sharon graduated from Milford High School in 1969. She was employed by NEC of Shelton, CT for over 25 years.
Loved by all, Sharon’s greatest joy was her family. Friends were easily welcomed into her home and she was always ready to lend support and offer kind words. Sharon’s spirit and optimism could be counted on in any situation. Her laughter and sense of good fun will be greatly missed.
In addition to her husband, she leaves two daughters, Lisa Falso and her husband Dominick of Coral Springs, FL, and Christina Finch and her husband Brian of Milford, and three grandchildren, Lindsey Falso, Kimberly Pritchard, and Benjamin Finch. She is also survived by a brother, Robert Hutchinson and his wife Vicky of Princeton, NJ, step-brothers, Thomas, Scott, and Robert McGuire, all of Deer Isle, ME, father-in-law, Herbert Pritchard of Milford, brothers- and sisters-in-law, Dean Pritchard, JoAnn (John) Haring, Herbert (Nancy) Pritchard, James (Thondra) Pritchard, Austin Pritchard, and many nieces and nephews.
