Sharon E. Dobson, 82, of Fort Pierce, Florida, passed away peacefully at her home with her family by her side on July 9, 2021.
Sharon was the only child of Glenn and Eileen Cannon. Born in Peoria, IL, the family moved to the Miami area where she lived for many years before relocating to Fort Pierce 52 years ago. Sharon enjoyed crafts, sewing, gardening, and going to the beach. She also volunteered at her grandchildren’s school until they graduated.
Sharon was preceded in death by her husband Jack Dobson.
Sharon was the loving mother of Missy Summerlin and Michelle Douglas (Felix); adored grandmother of Kacey Jackson (Jeremy), Blake Summerlin, Jack Douglas, and JR Douglas; cherished great grandmother of Chloe Jackson, Bryce Jackson, Makenzie Douglas, and Kelsie Douglas. She is also survived by her beloved cat Nene.
