Pomella, Sharon (Peterson) 76 of Plymouth, January 29, 2019. Predeceased by husband Ronald Pomella of Marshfield. Loving mother of Laurie Mannix and her husband Andrew of Brant Rock, Ronald Pomella Jr. of Naples, FL, and Tracey MacKinnon and her husband Michael of Marshfield. Beloved grandmother of Caitlyn and Cristina Pomella of Naples, FL, Michael Jr. and his wife Mary Anne MacKinnon of Marshfield, Nicole MacKinnon of Marshfield, Justine MacKinnon and her fiance Paul Ladroga of Oxford. Cherished “GG” to her great-grandson Jameson of Marshfield. Adored sister of Judy Bloomfield of Belvidere, IL and Richard Peterson of Bradley, IL. She also leaves behind many loved brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews. Born and raised in Marengo, IL, before settling in Marshfield with Ronald in the summer of 1960 where they raised their family and owned several businesses. For the past several years, Sharon was a proud Plymouth resident and an active community member. Throughout her life, Sharon was a devoted Patriots and Red Sox fan. She was also fiercely competitive in bingo and in other games with her family and friends. Sharon was an avid reader, a published author, and an awarded quilter and crafter. She will be sorely missed by family and friends.
