Sharon L. Demps passed away at her residence in Lebanon, TN. on Thursday August 14, 2008.
Sharon was born on Feb. 15, 1931 in Rensselaer, IN. to the late John and Lillian nee Gilmore Wood Banes.
Sharon had lived 13 years as a child in Rensselaer, she spent winters in Sebring, FL. and since 1996 she had traveled throughout the summer months. On April 26, 1947 in Valparaiso, IN she married Marvin Demps who passed away on January 20, 2006.
Sharon attended Rensselaer Central High School and was a devoted housewife and mother.
Sharon is survived by: Three daughters Sheila Mc Chesney of Lebanon, TN, Pamela (Steve) Rowand of Lafayette, IN, Sandra Renfrow of Grand Forks, North Dakota. Two sons, David Joe ( Mary) Demps of Lebanon, TN, Danny Beach of Lake Station, IN 13 Grandchildren and 12 Great Grandchildren Two sisters; Lorna Gunter Kemmerer, WY Phyllis LaGoy Lafayette, IN. Sharon is proceeded in death by; Her husband, Marvin Demps Her parents John and Lillian nee Gilmore Wood Banes and one sister, Ramona Nance.
