Sharon Kay Gant, 48, joined her Lord and Savior in Heaven on Wednesday, May 06, 2015, with her loving family at her side. Born January 24, 1967 in Enterprise, Alabama, she was the daughter of the late Earl Barnes and Kay Waller Barnes, who survives.
She owned and operated a home day care, had resided in Tallahassee for the last 20 years, and was a faithful member at Fellowship Baptist Church.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Michael Gant; son, Ryan Gant, and his wife, Kayla; daughter, Kaylyn M. Gant; brothers, Paul Barnes and Mark Barnes.
She was preceded in death by her father, and a daughter, Kayla Michelle Gant.
