Ms. Sharon K. “Sherry” McDougall, age 66, of Lanett passed away on Sunday, July 17, 2016 at the East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika, Alabama.
Sherry was born in Fort Payne, Alabama on June 21, 1950 to the late Ralph “Buddy” Baker and Willodean Bethune Baker.
She is survived by her grandchildren, Shelbie McDougall, Hailey Johnson, Brandyn Johnson; daughter-in-law, Amanda (Johnny) McDougall Johnson; sister, Rhonda Baker Tapley, Lanett; aunt, Pauline Benefield, Fort Payne, AL.; nephews, Sgt. Ashley Baker, Andrew Inman, David Maurano, Noah Tapley; niece, Adrienne Inman.
She was preceded in death by her son, William Joseph “Billy” McDougall, IV.
Ms. McDougall retired from the Circle K in Huguley in 2013. She loved and adored her family.
