Sharon Louise (Resh) Greene, 63, of Steel City, passed away after many years of illness at St. Lukes Hospital, Fountain Hill, on Sunday, December 18, 2011, surrounded by the love of her family. She was the loving wife of Anthony Greene, with whom she shared over 39 wonderful years. Born in Palmerton, Sharon was a daughter of the late Ernest Resh and Mildred (Jones) Resh Ledonne, and her late stepfather Frank P. Ledonne, Sr. She formerly worked for Oak Printing. Sharon loved babies and spent much of her life caring for her children and the children of family and friends. Sharon attended the New Ebenezer Reformed Church of Bingen. Survivors: husband Anthony; children Melinda Mitchell, Stephanie Hill and husband Keith, Christopher Elonis, Shari Gallahan and husband Shane, Anthony Elonis; sisters Kathleen Rice, Patricia Cooke, Dianne Resh, Betty Resh; brothers Donald Resh, Bruce Resh, Frank Ledonne, Jr.; grandchildren Shaina, Tiana, Ashley, Sarah Jane, Riley, Emma Grace and Gavin.
