Sharon Christine (Weeks) Fracchia, 68, of Hebron, beloved wife of David, passed away Friday morning (March 13, 2015) at Hartford Hospital.
She was born on March 9, 1947 in Portsmouth, NH.
In addition to her husband of 46 years, she leaves two daughters and their husbands, Melissa and Jeff Ackerman of East Hampton and Bianca and Dennis Thompson of Lebanon; four grandsons, Kyle, Zachary and Brandon (who called her “Mimi”), and Christopher (who called her “Lally”); and numerous extended family members and friends. She was predeceased by a daughter, Nichole “Nikki” Fracchia.
