Sharon Ford Jenkins passed away on Saturday, June 20, 2020 at the age of 68 years old…Sharon was predeceased by her daughter, Monica Renea Jenkins; her parents, Robert Bruce Ford, Sr. and Billy Jean Lumpkin Ford; and her best friend, Diane .Sharon was born in Picayune, Mississippi on November 27, 1951. She graduated from Picayune Memorial High School in the year 1969, where she was a proud member of the majorette team. She went on to earn her cosmetology license and built a well-established clientele as a beautician in Picayune. She had the privilege of teaching cosmetology classes, performing postmortem cosmetology and briefly owned her own salon.
