Her Story
Sharon Elizabeth Glaze, 68 of Indianapolis, Indiana was called to her eternal home Tuesday, August 20, 2019. At approximately 11:00 p.m. an angelic transport team arrived at the Methodist hospital, Indianapolis, to escort her into the presence of the Lord.
Sharon had battled bravely through many health issues this year. She kept a positive outlook no matter how bleak the report was. Through all of her struggles she kept her focus and trust in Jesus. She was always quick and unashamed to witness of her relationship with Christ.
She was born March 4, 1951 in Peru, Indiana to Vennie Lee (Goodman) and Ralph Andrew Biggs. She married Lawrence Glaze June 30, 1976. They made their home in Indianapolis, Indiana. Lawrence (Leo) Glaze preceded her in death on Feb. 20, 2010.
Surviving her are two children, Delbert Ray Glaze, and Shannon Marie Skyles (Michael) of Indianapolis, Indiana. She had seven grandchildren, Nate Glaze, Ashlynn Walding, Cheyenne Glaze, Angel Glaze, Judah Skyles, Adelyn Skyles and Elena Skyles. Also, she had two sisters, Edna A. Deardorff, of Peru, IN. and Bishop Mary Everding (Paul) of Peru, Indiana.
Sharon’s faith was unwavering and was a lover of life and people.
