Sharon Carol Markham passed away on June 5th, 2021, at her home in Suwanee, Ga.
Sharon was best known as “Gammy” to all that loved her.
Sharon was born on November 15, 1952, in Witchata Falls, Texas to Whitfield and Mildred Dennis.
She enjoyed the military kid life getting to live in multiple locations before her family settled back in her parents’ hometown of Chickamauga, Georgia. She graduated from Gordon Lee High School in 1970. Sharon was always a hippie at heart with her purple peace signs and tie-dyed style. Her generous heart was enjoyed by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her. Sharon loved the beach and going to the movies. She expressed her love through gifts that were always perfectly selected for everyone she loved.
Sharon is survived by her mother, Mildred Dennis; her brother, Michael Dennis; her two children Heather Humrich, and Derek Markham; her pride and joy grandchildren, Kayli Markham, Kamden Markham, Rebecca Markham, Charlie Humrich, Harper Sharon Humrich and Joshua Markham.
She is preceeded in death by grandchild Allison Beasley and her father Whitfield Dennis.
