Sharon was born on February 12, 1946, in Ottawa to Francis and Catherine (Witsaman) Cusick. She married Harold “Crawford” Bates on August 29, 1971 in Ottawa.
She is survived by her husband, Crawford, a son Bradley (Gwendolyn) Bates, of Owensville, MO, 2 grandchildren, Kayla and Michael, 2 sisters, Diane and Cyndi Cusick both of Ottawa, 2 nieces Michelle Smith and Kelly Marmion, 3 nephews Russell Nicol, Jeffrey Nicol and Ken Cusick and 7 great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers Robert and Kenneth and a sister Patricia.
