Shari Kayleigh Loy Keller, 72, of Salisbury, passed away on Monday, February 6, 2023.
Born August 10, 1950, she was the daughter of the late J.W. and Darthy Loy.
Shari attended Mitchell College and later attended RCCC, receiving her degree as a Registered Nurse. Her career path suited perfectly, Shari had a love for helping people, especially the elderly, and excelled in nursing home care in her early years.
After retiring from nursing, she continued with the creative skills that she developed throughout her life, leading her to a second career of owning an art consignment shop, and teaching art classes on the multiple mediums she loved so well.
Shari is survived by her loving husband Rex; her children Christy, Wes & Teri, Heath, and Cody; her grandchildren Cameron, Heather & Ross, Grant & Cansev, Tesia, Kylie, Sophia, and Vallerie; her great-grandchildren Lucy and Zoda; her brother Chris; and many loving friends.
Shari and Rex have always been avid animal lovers and have had many rescues over the years.
