Shannon Marie Hernandez, 33, passed away on April 22, 2021 at Baystate Medical Center after a short illness. Shannon was born on December 20, 1987 in Holyoke. She was raised and educated in Westfield and was a graduate of Westfield High School. She enjoyed being a wife, mother and nurse, she loved the out doors and camping with her family at Sodem Mountian in Southwick, and enjoyed trips to the beaches in Rhode Island. She was an amazing woman and loved her family and close friends.
