Ms. Shannon Elrod Buck, 44, of Birmingham, passed away on November 27, 2016. She was born on December 20, 1971 to Sue Blackwell and the late Jerry Elrod. Shannon was a member of Center Point Freewill Baptist Church and loved her family and cats, Pumpkin, Junior, Charlie, Joey, Baby, and Bella. She is preceded in death by her father, and grandparents, Ulyess and Bernice Lindley and Pat and Lola Mae Elrod. She is survived by her best friend and partner, Dennis, parents, Sue and Ray Blackwell, step brothers, Tony Blackwell, Brian Blackwell, and Steven Blackwell, niece, Emily Blackwell, and numerous cousins, uncles, aunts, other relatives, and friends.
