SgtMaj Frank Junior Devaney, USMC (ret.), age 80, of Navarre, was called home February 19, 2021. He was born June 22, 1940 in Humboldt, NE to the late Francis and Myrtle Devaney.
Frank had a love for the outdoors and enjoyed golfing, scuba diving, and gun & rifle competition.
Frank is preceded in death by his parents, Francis X. Devaney and Myrtle Devaney; son, David Devaney; and sister Kathleen Schmidt.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Donna Devaney; children, Bradley Willis, Kim (Mark) Borie, John Stiles, Jim Stiles and Morgann Monette; grandchildren, Christina Borie, Britney Borie, Sabrina Stanley and Tommy Monette; great-grandchildren, Dominic Borie and Bryan Borie; siblings, Richard Devaney, Sr. and Mary Lou (Martin) Bierman; and a host of extended family, distinguished colleagues and close friends.
