On August 25, 1958, Selma and Elmer Andrew Wiedmeier were united in marriage in Pocatello, Idaho. They were later sealed in the Cardston, Alberta, Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
Selma truly believed in serving others, her family and friends. That was her joy in life. Always thinking of her family, she would send birthday and anniversary cards every month to her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was also known for her many talents, one of which was creating crocheted blankets for newborn babies.
Selma was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
