Scott Lewis “Woody” Hall, 58, of Towson, died Wednesday, September 22, 2021. Born February 19, 1963 in Westminster, he was the son of the late Alfred “Richard” Hall, Jr. and “Charlene” Ann Halm Hall.
He was the owner of the Balloon Bouquet in Towson. He graduated from Westminster High School in 1981 and Towson University.
He is survived by 5 siblings Terry Hall (Melba), Mike Hall, Mace Hall (Tammy), Charmayne Webster (David) and Greg Zepp, nieces and nephews Ryan, Dillon, Corey, Levi, Marissa, Wyatt, Zebadiah, Kate Noonan, David and Ryan Hollman and Greg Zepp, great-nieces and nephews Stella and Owen and very close friend Pam Moss.
He was predeceased by one brother Randy Hall and nephews Zachary Ray Hall and Jacob Michael Hall.
