Prior to joining the five year apprenticeship program through IBEW, he attended Bradley University. He became an electric journeyman, receiving his 25 year pin earlier this year. Scott worked as an electrician for Schaefer Electric for 27 years.

Scott was a Ford guy and loved restoring Ford trucks. He was a 4-H leader and a 4-H Shooting Sports instructor for Archery. Scott also enjoyed reading and doing house projects. He was a “Jack of all Trades” and was good at anything and everything he did. He was a “go to man” for many others when they called and needed help with something. Scott was a generous man who would stop and help others at the drop of a hat.
