Scott “Russ” Bailey, 70, died Thursday, December 12, 2019 after an extended illness.
Born March 10, 1949 in Williamsport, he was the son of the late Edwin and Mary Kathryn Bailey.
Russ graduated from South Williamsport Area High School and the former Williamsport Area Community College.
He started a business in computer sales for fifteen years before retiring in 2010. Upon retirement he enjoyed fishing at Beaver Lake with his many friends.
Surviving is his wife of 34 years Patricia; three daughters, Kelly, Keri, and Kristin (Brenna); and four grandchildren, Emma, James, Weston, and August.
A special thank you to all his friends who gave him positive support and prayers during his illness.
