Born on April 18, 1964 in Middletown CT, he was the son of Mary Helen Clark of New Britain and the late Roosevelt James, Sr. Scott was an entrepreneur; the owner of Ruby Oil Company. Scott was passionate about cars, motorcycles and scooters. Scott was genuine. Scott leaves to cherish his memories, three sons; Scottie (Tara) Fountain of New Britain, Brenden Jenkins of Windsor and Christopher Benitez of New Britain; one Daughter, Michele Taylor of Windsor; two grandchildren, Zion Fountain and Malachi Fountain; seven brothers, Anthony Jenkins of Middletown, Steven Jenkins of Odessa TX, Dwayne Jenkins of New Britain, Ronnie(Cassandra) Bostick of Manchester, Roosevelt James, Jr, Franklin James and Tyrone James of Middletown; two sisters; Renee(Michael) Rodgers of New Britain and Debra James Burgess of Middletown and a host of aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews and may cousins. He also leaves a special friend, Brandy Scarborough.
