Scott Lowe, 43, of Clarksburg, passed away Thursday, February 24, 2011 at United Hospital Center following an extended illness. He was born April 28, 1967 in Wooster, OH the son of Apama Lowe and the Late Charles Lowe. In addition to his mother he is survived by one sister; Connie and one brother; Jeff. His Rescare family loved him very much and he will be deeply missed.
