Scott W. Blickenstaff, age 43 of Rosedale passed away Tuesday, September 27, 2022 from cancer. Born in Baltimore the beloved son of Robert O. Blickenstaff, Jr. and Linda J. (Bailone) Blickenstaff of Rosedale; dear brother of Rob Blickenstaff, III, Paul Blickenstaff, Aaron Blickenstaff, William Blickenstaff and the late Steven Blickenstaff. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and his friends. Scott will be lovingly missed by his family and friends.
