Scott Beatty 59, of Ft. Wayne, died on Tuesday March 27, 2012, doing what he loved doing, riding his motorcycle. He worked for many years as a car salesman, and last worked at Don Ayers.
He had many hobbies including riding motorcycles, golfing, music, his family and beloved friends, walking his dogs, Princess and Harley, writing poetry, and playing board and card games. He was an active member and officer in the American Legion Riders at Post 241, in Waynedale.
He was a loving husband and father and will be immensely missed by all! He is survived by his wife Sherry, daughter Ashley (Mike) Beatty-Kopang, son Michael (Amy) Ryan, father Edward Eugene Beatty, sisters Karen (Steve) Allen and LuAnn (Steve) Kurtz, brothers Kyle Beatty and Brooks (Renee) Beatty, and grandchildren Ty and Benjamin. He was preceded in death by his brother Ross, and step-mother Jean Holle-Beatty.
