Scott liked to fish and watch and feed the deer. He was an Oakland Raiders fan, Boston Red Sox fan, and liked watching Nascar. He loved his Coors Light. He liked going to Myrtle Beach and hunting shark’s teeth.
Besides his parents he is survived by his soulmate of over 30 years Susan Rickard of Hedgesville, WV; son Anthony Roach of Vancouver, WA; sister Sheri Roach of Jacksonville, FL; sister Kimberly Maye (Lee) of Fredericksburg, VA; sister Tina Hargis (Aaron) of Norfolk, VA; stepdaughter Amanda Sevigny (Forrest) of Kentucky; stepson Douglas Rickard (Casonya) of Hedgesville, WV; stepson Derek Rickard of Hedgesville, VA; grandchildren Ava, Luke, Douglas “Tater”, and Caddrick; numerous nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents Oscar and Ruth Shupp.
