Savon Nicholas Scott, lovingly known as Say Say or Scottboyy, the spirit was freed to fly on Saturday, June 25th, 2022.
Savon was gifted to the world on October 13th,1997 to Simone Nadine Scott and the late Curtis Lavonne Hall. He was brought up in Hines Chapel Freewill Baptist Church alongside his loving grandmother, the late Jean Scott. He sang in the choir and was also a youth usher at Mount Gloryland Freewill Baptist Church. Savon was a 2015 graduate of North Duplin Jr Sr High School where he was a very active and dedicated player of the North Duplin Rebels. He wore number 82 as a running back/safety in football and number 30 as their left-handed point guard for their basketball team. Savon had skills on the basketball court and you could always find him at the Faison Recreational Gym. He was currently employed at Butterball in Mount Olive, NC. Savon enjoyed life and was a loyal friend to many of his friends and other associates in and around the Faison area. He was an avid dancer and enjoyed the music. He would bring much joy to his family as he performed at cookouts, talent shows, and other family functions. Savon was the joker of the family. Very comical, and making people laugh was not hard to do. Spending time with family and special time with his close friends was how he made it in this world.
Preceding him in death were his grandmother the late Jean K. Scott, and his father Curtis L. Hall.
