Sarajane Sallie Glover, 94, of Anderson, passed away on October 30, 2014 at Meadowbrooke Rehab Center & Suites. She was born on January 2, 1920 in Anderson and lived here most of her life.
She was employed at C.I.T. Financial Service for 21 years, and retired in 1982. She then was employed for five years at Citizens Bank (now Key Bank) in the Collection Department. She was a member of Edgewood Baptist Church and volunteered for many years as a Pink Lady at St. John’s Hospital.
Sallie enjoyed many things including Home Economics club, bridge club, Frisch’s Lady’s Group, and most of all, spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by her two granddaughters, Autumn Halaschak of Laporte and Spring (Cary) Ashley of Ingalls; great-grandchildren, Steven (Karla) Ashley, Brianna Ashley, Andrea (Dustin) Jent, Abby Halaschak, Allie Ashley, Tori Halaschak, Mark Ashley, Andy Halaschak, and Nicky Halaschak; great-great-grandchildren, Kaylee Ashley, Sophia Halaschak, and Madelyn Halaschak. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Glover; son, Mark Glover; daughter Holly Stanley; and parents, Pearl and Albert Stapp.
