Sarah “Sally” M. Bellon, 84, of Berkeley Twsp., NJ section of Toms River, NJ died on Thursday, July 2, 2015, at her home. She was born in Brooklyn, NY, and lived in South Orange, NJ and in 1999 moved to Berkeley Twsp., NJ.
Sally was a graduate of Our Lady of Good Council High School in Newark, NJ. She was the secretary of Irvington, NJ Mayor and also worked for Essex County as the Superintendant of Election.
Sally is predeceased by her parents Frank, Sr. and Carmela Sant’Angelo; her husband James Bellon; her brothers Stephen Sant’Angelo, Michael Sant’Angelo, and Frank Sant’Angelo and her sister Stephanie Thompson.
Surviving are several nieces and nephews.
