Born in Sampson County on March 20, 1945 to the late Oscar Parker and Hattie Farmer Parker, she is preceded in death by son Ernest Rhodes, daughter Cynthia Lee Rhodes, grandson Ernest Rhodes II, Kenny Parker and special friend Fred McCloud.
Sarah leaves to cherish her memory: Sons: James Rhodes of Clinton, NC., Toby (Laura) Rhodes of Clinton, NC., Jasheene Rhodes of Clinton, NC., Quentin Rhodes. Daughters: Rev. Phyllis (Rev. Ray) Bolton of Clinton, NC, Vicky ( Albert) Bolton of Clinton, NC, Joan (James) Oates of Clinton, NC, Chakemia Rhodes, Seventeen (17) grandchildren. Nine (19) Great-Grandchildren.
