Sarah Kahn Rafkind of Golden Hill, Kingston, NY died Saturday, April 21, 2012 at age 97. She was born in New York City, a daughter of the late Bernard and Anna L. Markman Kahn. A resident of Middletown, CT since 1943, Sarah was a member of Congregation Adath Israel of Middletown and Hadassah. Her husband, Dr. Abraham Benjamin Rafkind died in 1991. Surviving are one son, Daniel Rafkind and his wife, Susan of Kingston, NY; two daughters, Anne L. Morris of Bethlehem, PA and Isabel R. Hendry of Witchita, KS; five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
