Sarah Isabelle “Belle” Kinney Ball, 88 passed away October 14, 2007 peacefully at her home. She was born September 25, 1919 in Port Allegany, PA
Isabelle was our Belle of the Ball and was a beautiful homemaker. She loved her many cats and dogs. Family was number one in her life. She was a mom to two daughters a wonderful “Noonie” to five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Belle was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, John Howard Ball, and granddaughter Amy Joe Baily.
She is survived by her daughters Judy (John) Baily of Washington, and Joanne (Bob) Tallarovic of Flagstaff. Four Grandchildren; Mark (Judy) Baily of Wisconsin, Patrick (Lynette) Baily of Washington, Mathew Tallarovic of Tbilisi, Georgia, Sara Tallarovic and her husband Greg Coffman of Texas. Three great-granddaughters, Krista, Cori and Kendall and two great-grandsons Ryan and Cameron. Her brothers, John Kinney of New Castle, PA, Orton Kinney and Robert Kinney both of Port Allegany, PA and James Kinney of Warren, PA
