On November 5, 1949, she married her high school Sweetheart, the Reverend William A. Fuller and they shared over 55 loving years together before he went home to be with the Lord. Out of this union, was born one son, David Nolan Fuller.
In addition to her son and daughter-in-law, Sharisse Cole Fuller, of High Point, NC, she leaves to cherish her memory two grandchildren, Shawnee Fuller Lucas (Maurice) Atlanta, Ga. and Matthew DaShay Fuller of High Point, NC. Sarah is also survived by four sisters, Ruth Hedrick, Lois Harris (Johnny) Alice Griffin (Ernie) Barbara Raleigh (James) and one brother Jacob Ingram, all reside in Greensboro, NC., one sister-in-law, Ida Fuller, of High Point, NC and a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
The family finds great comfort in knowing that our beloved mother, sister and grandmother is in the presence of the Lord. It would be unbearable if we thought we would never see her again, but we have God’s promise that the trumpet of God will sound and the dead in Christ will rise first and those that are alive and remain will be caught up to meet the Lord in the air.
