Estelle was born March 31, 1930 in Newnan, Georgia to Raymond Randolph Fleming and Iula Willingham Fleming. Estelle lived an extraordinary life full of fun with family and friends. She found great joy in ballroom dancing, music, theatre, good conversation and travel. She served her country for three decades as the wife of Col. Philip Barrett Holtwick, living in various towns in Germany, Washington, D.C., and Dallas, TX where she won awards for her real estate business.
Estelle was preceded in death by her husband Colonel Philip B. Holtwick, son Cass Fleming Holtwick, grandson Zackry Barrett Holtwick, her parents, and siblings Jerrell Fleming, Frances Willene Fleming, and Barbara Faith Fleming. Estelle is survived by daughter Karen Holtwick Walsh (husband Martin Thomas Walsh), grandchildren Martin Holtwick Walsh, Nathan Thomas Walsh (and their wives and children), Max Holtwick, Hattie Holtwick, siblings Rhudine Fleming Shelton, Jimmy Fleming, Bobby Fleming, Grady (Pete) Fleming, and Wyndy Fleming Byer, as well as twenty-five nieces and nephews.
