Carol attended Jamestown city schools and later married the love of her life, Willie A. Choate on August 21, 1959 in Jamestown and he preceded her in death on December 10, 2012. Mrs.
Survivors include, two daughters, Donna Jones (husband-Robert), Muncie and Tonyia Gonzalez (husband-Steve), Lansing , Michigan; three grandchildren, Sarah Jackson (husband-Mike), William Jones (wife-Erica), Mary Rutherford, all of Muncie; six great grandchildren; two sisters, Lena McBee, Sewanee, Tennessee and Joan Favala, Muncie; several nieces and nephews.
Besides her husband of 53 years, Willie, she is preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Lawrence and Jerry Willis.
